What I Offer

Customized Trip Planning
Every trip starts with you. I begin by learning the details of your travel goals—where you’re going, when, with whom, and why. From there, I create a personalized itinerary that reflects your travel style, interests, and budget.

Collaborative Planning
Already done some research? Great! I love working with travelers who enjoy being involved in the process. I’ll take what you’ve gathered and enhance it with expert insights:

• Unique accommodations
• Hidden gems and must-see attractions
• Local events and experiences
• Efficient travel routes between multiple destinations

Itinerary Development
After our initial consultation, I’ll provide a detailed itinerary proposal. This becomes the foundation of your trip, and we’ll continue refining it until it feels just right.

How It Works

1. Initial Consultation
   You’ll complete a short intake form to outline your trip. Then we’ll hop on a call to talk through the details—your preferences, priorities, and must-haves.
2. Itinerary Proposal
   I’ll create a preliminary itinerary for you to review. Once approved, I move forward with booking and finalizing the details.
3. Booking Services
   I can handle booking the accommodations, tours, transportation, and more—everything that brings your itinerary to life.  What I book is up to you and how involved you want to be.  Note that I do not book flights, but I do recommend flights for your trip.

Pricing & Fees

I primarily work on a commission basis for the services I book. However, commission doesn’t cover my time and expertise.

I do charge an upfront planning fee on more complex trips, which covers:

• In-depth research and trip design
• Personalized recommendations not tied to commission
• My time, expertise, and full attention to your experience

This allows me to curate the best trip for you.  I’m happy to discuss this during our consultation.

Traveled with Unexplored before?  Great!  Refer a traveler who hasn’t booked with me, and you’ll also receive 50% off your next planning fee.  Please contact me for additional details.

• Not sure where to start for your international trip? I’ve got you covered! Let me take the stress out of travel. I’ll research and create a personalized step-by-step guide to help with passports and/or visas. *I cannot apply for travel documents on your behalf.
