Sole Proprietorship of Justin Lee

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of travel planning and advisory services provided by Unexplored Travel, a sole proprietorship owned by Justin Lee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Unexplored Travel offers personalized travel planning and booking services including, but not limited to:
– Customized itineraries
– Lodging and accommodations
– Ground transportation (cars, trains, transfers)
– Tours, activities, and excursions
– Travel consultations and destination research
We do not book airfare. We may suggest flight options and timing, but airfare must be booked directly by the Client or through a licensed airfare provider.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
– Review and confirm all proposed itineraries and booking details
– Arrange and manage your own airfare
– Secure required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations, insurance)
– Comply with all applicable laws, customs, and health regulations
Unexplored Travel is not liable for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client or failure to fulfill required documentation.
3. Proposals, Booking Rates & Adjustments
– All pricing and availability presented in proposals are subject to change until confirmed with the supplier.
– Unexplored Travel reserves the right to confirm bookings with price differences up to USD $30 per supplier over the proposed amount without further client approval.
– If the difference exceeds $30, we will notify you for approval before proceeding.
– You are responsible for reviewing and approving final itineraries before confirmation.
4. Fees and Payment
– Service fees (planning, consultation, and/or booking) and optional add-on fees are published on https://unexploredtravel.com/services/, and are non-refundable once services begin.
– Payment for trip components will be processed through Unexplored Travel on behalf of the Client. Client credit card(s) will be securely requested and stored in Fora Travel’s Advisor Portal.
– Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and final due dates will vary based on vendor policies and will be outlined at the time of engagement.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
– You may cancel advisory services at any time. However, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
– Travel component cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of each third-party supplier.
– Unexplored Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, loss of deposits, or non-refundable bookings.
6. Third-Party Suppliers and Limitation of Liability
Unexplored Travel acts as an agent for hotels, activity providers, transportation companies, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”). We do not control these suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions.
We are not responsible for:
– Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions by Suppliers
– Travel restrictions, weather events, health crises, or acts of God
– Loss, theft, injury, or damages during travel
– Inaccuracies or omissions in Supplier terms, pricing, or availability
7. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Unexplored Travel, including itineraries, guides, and visual content, are the intellectual property of Justin Lee. These materials may not be reused, sold, or distributed without written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal information provided will be used solely for planning and booking your travel and will not be shared except as required for service delivery or by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
10. Modifications
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Notice will be provided for significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
