Effective Date: 10 July 2025
This Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Unexplored Travel, a North Carolina sole proprietorship owned by Justin Lee (“Consultant”), and the undersigned client (“Client”).
1. Services Provided
Consultant agrees to provide travel planning and advisory services, including booking of hotels, tours, transportation, and activities (excluding airfare).
2. Fees
Client agrees to pay Consultant’s planning and service fees as outlined in writing prior to commencement. All service fees are non-refundable once work begins.
3. Third-Party Providers
Client understands that Consultant acts as an agent for third-party providers and is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of such providers.
4. Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier policies. Consultant is not responsible for additional fees incurred due to changes, missed connections, or cancellations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to: – Provide accurate information – Review and approve final bookings – Secure own airfare and travel documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Consultant shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from travel, including but not limited to illness, injury, delay, or force majeure.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved through Mediation in North Carolina.
8. Client Acknowledgment
By signing below, Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement and acknowledges having read and understood the related Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
